Ocean Hole in the Wall Fireplace
Ocean Hole in the Wall fireplace is a very popular design for stylish living. The concept of the basket, with a granite lined chamber, which reflects the natural light and dance of the fire, is usually complemented with a limestone surround. (We can also use marble or granite depending on your requirements).
The fireplace has been designed with 2 granite panels either side of the basket to make the opening look wider. The hearth plate has a floating effect and is gently curved (hence the name "Ocean"), but it is also the same width as the darker granite, thus creating a good balance between the two. Also the hearth protrudes a couple of inches from the front of the limestone and can act as a shelf if required.
